Oracle EApps: Functional Consultants- FICO

Desired Qualification

  • Must have core and relevant 4-6 years experience in Project Management Experience in Oracle EApps and should have done at least 2 end to end implementation.
  • Knowledge of various Project management tools and practices across industries.
  • Expertise in 12.1 or 12.06.
  • As an Oracle Applications Functional consultant, the responsibilities include effective delivery/implementation of oracle modules in order to provide an integrated information system solution. 
  • Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design and Development, Testing, and Implementation.
  • Assist clients in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, which include integrating the Oracle Applications with existing client systems, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment.
  • Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions.
  • Responsible for developing and adhering to engagement team project standards to ensure the delivery of quality client deliverables.
  • Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone 'live'.
  • Candidates with education qualifications like B.Com, CA, ICWA, MBA (Finance), etc
  • Very Good verbal and written communication skill. Ability to think and communicate clearly
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill and reading comprehension skills.
  • Flexible to work with a variety of dynamic project  demands
  • Excellent organizational, time management, writing and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently or in a team environment

Job Description

  • Oracle Applications implementation experience of at least 4 + Industry experience in Finance and Accounting.
  • Should have excellent communication skills and ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Should have experience in configuring the Applications.
  • Should have worked with GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, EPB, Financial Consolidation Hub, Internal Controls Manager, iReceivables, internet expenses, Advance Collections, Treasury, Property Manager, Lease Management, Public Sector Financials; Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, Oracle Time & Labor, Project Contracts.
  • Responsible for delivering solution(s) for existing and new identified gaps.
  •  Works closely in high coordination with IT and Business Support Team Members to establish the requirement/gap and implement the solution for the same.
  •  Coordinates with Business (key) Users to vision out the requirements and map it to Oracle FICO modules functionality. - System Analysis, Gap Analysis, Requirement Study, creating functional and technical design documents .
  •  Doing knowledge transition to the support teams ( Business and IT ) on a continuos basis for new enhancement /gaps resolution.
